In fall-winter 2014 we went through the process of selling and buying a property. Going into it, we did not realize how complicated and emotional it could be.However, thanks to Eugene's excellent market knowledge and high degree of expertise and professionalism the process was smooth and efficient. He made himselfavailable whenever we needed, spending as much time as necessary to address all our questions and needs. I just sold my condo and shook burden off my shoulders. Why burden?
Because first I was trying to sell it by myself, then had survived an army of real estate agents bombarding, each one trying to convince me to list my property withthem, promising highest price and shortest terms. Eugene Feiguelman's approach was not aggressive, not unrealistic projections - nothing but professional. Beside,we speak the same language.
